Meryl is the Founder & Managing Partner of PERA Growth Hub, a financial services and consulting firm. She started PERA to fill the gap between the flow of capital and resources to entrepreneurs, business owners, and founders that need it most. At PERA, Meryl helps clients secure the appropriate debt or equity financing options, working with lenders on the entire spectrum and clients of all sizes from start-ups to public companies. 

Meryl is passionate about finance and start-up success, currently lending her time as a Committee Member, and volunteer to various organizations within the community. She is also a Mentor at the entrepreneurship@UBC program at the University of British Columbia. Meryl earned her MBA with a major in Accounting from Syracuse University in New York and was named one of the Top Female Founders to Watch in 2022.
